Scheduling

3-Week schedules are created and updated by the Superintendent.

  • Collaboration with Subcontractors and the Project Manager is encouraged

  • These must be sent to the Project Manager or Project Engineer at least 2 days before the Sub and Owner meeting for collaboration and discussion.
